I wish I'd read this Cleaner Plate Club entry before I made rice and random greens (bok choy, spinach and swiss chard) casserole:
It was edible, certainly. The earth didn't move but it was fine -- and more than adequate the next day.
The homemade yeasty rolls, however, were divine.

So, Aimee Mann is running a contest where videotape yourself singing her new song "Freeway" and upload it to YouTube; the winner gets to sing with her at a concert! Please check out my band's version and leave a nice comment!

It looks good--and also like a dish that would be better the next day. I've only ever stir fried bok choy. This week I have 10,000 pounds of endive to use.

I did stir fry all of the greens -- bok choy included -- before chucking them in to the rice. And it was amazing how much better it was on Day Two. Odd.
I have no good endive ideas.
And, matt, will do.
