many things make a post
actual knitting content

a nibble

I'm about to head off into the wilds of Central New York (well, Ithaca) to do a knitter interview for the book. I'd intended to pre-write something deep and insightful. Instead, you get other people's deep, insightful posts:

Seth Stevenson on beer ads.
Neil Gaiman on writing and jet lag. (Start with the bit that begins - "I was just struck by this paragraph from one of the letters." I'd like to have a t-shirt printed that says, "at least I'm not a drunk.")
Scalzi on marriage.

Carry on.
