Yes, the phrase "Cyber Monday" makes me stabby, too. Yet one does what one must with what one has. And so, some shilling:

First, there is an audiobook version of Hillbilly Gothic right here, read by the lovely Christina Moore, who also read the Audible verion of Go Ask Alice, which thrills me beyond all telling.
