For the record, I read a lot of magazines while the kids were young. They were easier to carry and the articles were better suited to my non-existent attention span.
She's a long time knitter & author of "Two Sweaters for My Father" - good reading & a very interesting woman!!

She used to write a column in Knitters' years ago. I loved reading her - Get her book - it's wonderful.
